About Shannon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hi! I’m Shannon. I’m a 35 year old blogger & content creator that lives in Florida with my husband and two kiddos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve technically<\/em> been blogging for the last 12 years (wow I’m old lol) but decided to transition blogging from a hobby to my job about 6 years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I actually have a Master’s degree in Technology but decided to leave my corporate job when my second child was born. I’m a typical Capricorn so it didn’t take long for my motivation to work to kick-in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I decided to start a blog and social media account that focused on Disney family travel; since that was something I loved & was really knowledgeable about. My Disney blog is brbgoingtodisney.com<\/strong><\/a> if you’d like to check that out!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating & sharing Disney content was so much fun for me until one day it just wasn’t. And I know that may sound bizarre but that’s truly what happened (thanks ADHD!). I woke up one day and just felt stuck. Like I had boxed myself into this tiny niche that only represented a small part of me and my life. So I decided to take a risk and start sharing other parts of my life that I loved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that’s where brbShannon was born. It’s a space where I can just be me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
